Steve O’Keefe and the NSW Blues have had a convincing start to their Sheffield Shield season this week at the WACA in Perth.

NSW beat WA inside 3 days and displayed some fantastic signs of form to kick start the season. Steve had a strong game scoring 74 with the bat in the 1st innings and taking 3 key wickets throughout the match to help NSW secure the win.

“It was an impressive start to the season from the boys over at the WACA, although the key now is to back this win up so we can gain some more momentum over the coming weeks. I’m looking forward to what is sure to be a tough match against Tasmania next week.”Steve said.
